Quarterly goals is a lot more than quarterly goals. Diversity and connections. When we begin to see markers associated with things like thriving in ambiguity… rife with abuse… the negative energy of that reality compounds in other spheres and sectors.
The AI, kind of helps with these opaque arcs of understandings… but bias usurps much of it prrior to the actual needs of understanding reaches critical mass of good intentional process without tearing down or upsetting too many applecarts. It’s dangerous. The needs of human centric postive feedback loops matter. A lot.
There’s something deeply wrong with all of this. The comment about needing 40 blouses really says it all.
